Based on the results of the provisional match, there are already seven golds that have been taken home. Indonesia as the host country should be proud because they won five gold out of a total of seven gold that came out on that day.

Indonesia managed to get gold from the 400m Freestyle Women, 50m Breaststroke Men, 200m Breaststroke Women, 200m Breaststroke Men, 4×200m Freestyle Relay Women categories.
Meanwhile, Indonesia also obtained one silver and two bronze. "Alhamdulillah, we got the medals as expected," said Izzy Dwifaivah Hefrisyanthi, an Indonesian swimming athlete.
Not to be outdone by Indonesia, Malaysia won two golds in the 400m Freestyle Men and 50m Breaststroke Women categories. Not only gold, but also one silver in the same category, 400m Freestyle Men.

Malaysia also earned three bronzes so far. All three were earned in categories such as 50m Breaststroke Men, 200m Breaststroke Men, and 4×200m Freestyle Relay Women.
Singapore looks set to receive two silver medals in the women's 400m Freestyle and Men's 50m Breaststroke. Just like the Lion City, Thailand also had to settle for provisional medals, three silver and one bronze.
All four were obtained from several categories, 50m Breaststroke Women, 200m Breaststroke Men, 4×200m Freestyle Relay Women, and 200m Breaststroke Women.
Vietnam won one bronze from the 400m Freestyle Men category. The first day of the swimming event may not be a lucky day for Cambodia, this time they have not been entrusted to get a medal. The opportunity to fight for gold which is still quite a lot is expected to be used as a trigger for the enthusiasm of the athletes to make their country proud.[]
